We charge a flat rate of RM 12 for shipping to East Malaysia, it will be FREE when you order RM 128 or above

For Singapore buyers, order will be shipped using FLEXIPACK INTERNATIONAL by POS MALAYSIA. please refer to below shipping rate:
- 1.0 kg: RM 35
- 2.0 kg: RM 55
Tracking of Your Order
The default mail service provider is Poslaju courier service.
On shipment date, you will receive a shipment email from us notifying the details of the shipment tracking number.
To track order, you can log into the following sites and enter the tracking number provided in the email.

Please allow at least 24 hours from receipt of the shipment email before tracking your order, as there are delays at the courier companies in updating the order status.
In the event you have not received your order within the shipment period indicated in the following section, kindly email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to check with the courier company.
Shipment will usually takes from 3 to 5 working days (Malaysia) | 5 to 15 working days (International). Please note that the shipment period does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays as these are not categorized as working days.
Further delays can occur during delivery, and these delays can be due to weather conditions, or unexpected occurrences at the courier company. Please note that delays are more apparent during public holidays or festive periods and these are beyond our control.
All items are checked to ensure good condition before shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping. However, you may claim the compensation from the relevant courier company.
In the event of lost or damaged mails, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to check with the courier company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Thanks for shopping at bebechips. All items are properly examined before shipping to ensure good condition.
You may request for an exchange if the item received is defective or not what you have ordered. The exchange shall be made following our policy listed below:
1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving.
2. Customers will need to submit their return request to us via email to email@example.com within 7 calendar days, together with photo(s) indicating the problem of the item.
3. Upon successful request, items must be sent back to us within 3 calendar days.
4. We accept return of goods in their original condition only, including tag and packages. We apologise that we cannot accept used, altered, washed or damaged items. We recommend customers to carefully wrap their items so as to avoid damage during transit.
5. Postage of exchange will be borne by bebechips for items with reasons approved in this Return Policy page.
6. Items can be exchanged with the same design, color and size only. If customers would like to request to exchange to different design, color or size, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
7. In the event if the item that is eligible for exchange is out of stock, refund (together with reimbursement of postage) will be made within 7 - 14 working days from the day when we receive the return item.
Items that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable are:
1. Clothes that do not fit as well as expected. As your little ones grow up fast, you are encouraged to consider one size larger when placing your orders.
2. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
3. Item design that is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket or tag)
4. Bad odor.
5. Size measurement differs about 1 to 3cm.
6. Fading of colours on dark or bright coloured clothing after washing. Dark and bright coloured clothes may fade in their first few initial wash and this is considered normal condition.
7. Customers who did not inform us and post the items back directly will not be entertained.
8. Sales items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
9. Customers are advised to read and understand the policies prior to placing the order.
OUT OF STOCKS
For out of stocks situation, we'll issue your refund in the form of store credit (RM). Store credit (RM) can be used towards future purchases.
Things to note:
- Discount only applicable for order placed via official website @ www.bebechips.com
- Should there be out of stock situation, we'll inform via email for refund.
- Free shipping and promo code is not applicable during any sales promo period.
- Unpaid orders will be cancel and release within an hour.
- Sale items are non-exchangeable.
